The Gunter Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and underwent a $50 million renovation that preserved its 1909 heritage. Blues legend Robert Johnson recorded his first album here in 1936, and each room at the Gunter Hotel includes a record player with a copy of that record. A vinyl library in the lobby lets guests borrow albums to play during their stay.
